	Mackmyra Bruks Aroma: Fresh, subtle citrus notes with pear and crisp, green apples followed by a delicate spiciness. Taste: Toffee with spices such as aniseed, ginger and sweet almonds - almost like marzipan. A fine note of peat smoke is combined with a light, peppery spiciness. Finish: Fresh and clear. Cask type: First fill bourbon, finish in sherry casks and Swedish oak casks
	Mackmyra Svensk Ek Aroma: Fruity and slightly sweet with oak, honey and toffee. Also pear, apple and citrus fruits with some toasted bread. Flavour: Again fruity notes of citrus. Elegant with the sweetness of caramel and honey. Finish: Pleasant and round with some chocolate. Cask type: First fill bourbon casks and finish in Swedish oak casks, ex-bourbon and sherry casks
	Mackmyra Svensk Rök Aroma: Slightly smoky and spicy with notes of juniper and vanilla caramel. Flavour: Smoky and slightly salty with oak. Juniper, aniseed and green fruits with a hint of tobacco leaves and spices. Finish: Dry, smoky and salty with oak and herbs.

Mackmyra Distillery used to work in an old mill and stopped production in 2011. The new distillery called Mackmyra Gravity started without delay. Today there are Whiskies from both distilleries on the market. read more

Aroma: Sanft und Rauchig mit einem Hauch Butterscotch und Toffee. Dahinter Bananen, Birnen und etwas Minze sowie Lakritz.

Geschmack: Wunderbar frisch nach reifen Bananen und Birnen, sanfter und öliger Körper mit etwas Gewürzen und Pfeffer. Dahinter Mandeln, Rauch und würziger Toffee.

Abgang: Ein mittellanger Abgang mit würziger Eiche, Toffee und Nüssen.

Aroma: 1) helle Früchte Lachgummis mit Birne - und Zitrone -Geschmack
2) Floral mehr Birne und weniger Zitrone als 1)
3) trockener, floraler Rauch mit Süße und waldiger Gewürze
4) dunkle Gewürze eine Spur Rauch im Hintergrund Früchte

Geschmack: 1) frische Früchte leicht sauer mit leichtem Pfeffer
2) Früchte Birne mit Gewürze Pfeffer
3) trockener Rauch leicht Floral Süße
4) Gewürze im Antritt mit Eiche mit leichter Zitrus

Abgang: 1) angenehm, leicht, prickelnd. Nachgeschmack Richtung Fruchtgummi
2) erfrischend, prickelnd
3) Rauch und wärmend
4) leicht trocken und dunkel, etwas Malz

Kommentar: 1) Brukswhisky 2) Mack 3) Svensk Rök 4) Svensk Ek. Insgesamt zeichnen sich 1) und 2) durch ihre angenehme Fruchtigkeit aus, wobei 2) runder ist. Der 3) ist die rauchige Variante, wohingegen der 4) bei mir nicht wirklich hängen geblieben ist. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Einstieg in das Mackmyra-Sortiment.
Habe mir aufgrund des Tasting-Sets auch noch den Björksav geholt.
