Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping for orders over €60. Our standard shipping fees for orders up to €60 are
- for Germany: only €4,95.
- for Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands: only €5,95.
The actual calculated shipping fee for your order will be displayed above the total sum in your shopping cart.
Delivery Time
We provide safe and timely shipment for your order via DHL. The delivery time varies between 1-5 days depending on your location.
Deliveries can be delayed after a weekend as a higher number of orders is placed during that time. We process your order from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed between Friday 9:00am and Monday 9:00am are processed starting with Monday working hours only as our office is closed during the weekend. In this case, the delivery will be made on Tuesday at the earliest.
If you require a specific-date shipping, please enter your desired shipping date in the "Desired shipping date" box during checkout. We issue the shipment of your order on the given date so it will normally reach you 1-2 working days afterwards.
You will receive a shipping notification including a tracking link for your order once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Germany
Within Germany, you normally receive your order within 1-3 working days, depending on your postal code and time of order. Orders until 9:00am are processed and dispatched on the same day so your parcel might already be delivered on the next day, depending on your post code.
International orders
For international orders, the delivery time varies between 2-5 working days.
