	West Cork Sherry Cask Finished Aroma: Prunes and dried figs with sherry and vanilla notes. Taste: Sweet at first, followed by more spicy-dry notes. Finish: Medium long and dry. Cask type: First fill bourbon casks, finish in sherry casks.
	West Cork Virgin Oak Cask Finished Aroma: Hay, oak, freshly cut wood and vanilla. Taste: Light with subtle fruit notes, plus strong black pepper. Finish: Medium long with black pepper again. Cask type: First fill bourbon casks, finished in Virgin Oak casks.
	West Cork Rum Cask Finished Aroma: Honey, vanilla, caramel and chocolate. Slightly fruity after a combination of fresh and dried fruits. Taste: Toasted coffee, toast and chocolate. Finish: Medium length and dry. Cask type: First fill bourbon casks, finish in rum casks.

The Irish West Cork miniature range beautifully demonstrates the influence of different cask maturations on whiskey. Each of the five Single Malts is matured in a different cask: sweet port, fruity calvados, dry sherry, spicy virgin oak and Caribbean rum give the West Cork whiskeys a wide variety of aromas and flavours.
