Beschrijving van het product
The Lindores Abbey distillery in the Scottish Lowlands is located in a former abbey. Spirits have been distilled there again since 2017. This Exclusive Cask was matured in an STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) wine barrel. All details worth mentioning about this single cask bottling at cask strength can be found on the label of the bottle.
The sediment flakes, which can be seen in the liquid of this bottling, can be drunk along without any problems and are a taste feature. If you still want to avoid drinking the flakes, you can get rid of them by using a conventional coffee filter.

Aroma: rote Fruit und Berries , trocken mit Oak . Toffee lässt sich finde. Anklänge von Tobacco bis Asche

Geschmack: dickflüssig und cremig. Brennend aufgrund der hohen Prozente. Auch hier rote Fruit , Berries ,Oak und Spices

Abgang: belegend mit roten Fruit und Oak -Bitterkeit

Kommentar: für meinen Geschmack viel zu hochprozentig. Ich bin eher der Meinung, dass ein Profile der Brennerei die optimale Trinkstärke einstellt, anstatt, dass ich mich zuhause mit der Pipette abmühen muss. Aber sonst ganz lecker

Geschmack: Süßliche Gewürze treffen auf Facetten von milden Pflaumen, roten Beeren und Anklänge von Sirup mit Zimtwürze, dazu eine Holzrauchnoten, mit einer glatten, seidigen Textur.
