Aroma Soft maple syrup, roasted banana, fruity dates, apples and spicy cinnamon, caramelised demerara sugar with subtle accents of earthy peat.
Proef Rich with notes of fruity pears, roasted bananas with spicy cinnamon, caramelised nut almonds, followed by a pleasant smoky earthy aroma and subtle maritime notes. Very smooth, velvety texture, well balanced and complex.
Uitgang Long lasting with a lot of character.

Beschrijving van het product
The Lindores Abbey distillery in the Scottish Lowlands is located in a former abbey. Spirits have been distilled there again since 2017. This limited edition Single Malt was matured in Bourbon, STR and former peated rum casks before being bottled at cask strength. John Cor was a monk referred to in the first known written mention of a batch of Scotch whisky on 1 June 1494.

Aroma: Sanfter Ahornsirup, geröstete Banane, fruchtige Datteln, Äpfel und würziger Zimt, karamellisierter Demerara-Zucker mit subtilen Akzenten von erdigem Torf.

Geschmack: Reichhaltig mit Noten von fruchtigen Birnen, geröstete Bananen mit würzigem Zimt, karamellisierte Nussmandeln, gefolgt von einem angenehm rauchig-erdigem Aroma und dezenten maritimen Noten. Sehr glatte, samtige Textur, gut ausgewogen und komplex.

Abgang: Langanhaltend mit viel Charakter.
