	Caol Ila 12 years Aroma: Restrained with fruity citrus notes. Fresh and appetising. Clear smoke with medicinal notes. Taste: The initial sweetness gives way to peat smoke. Pleasant mouthfeel. Finish: Long, traces of sea and smoke.
	Clynelish 14 years Aroma: Light. Candle wax with a little sugar. Floral, aromatic, dried flowers on the beach. Followed by brown sugar. Taste: Pleasant palate sensation. Delicate with a maritime character. Finish: Slight salty taste. Dry with oak.
	Talisker 10 years Aroma: Strong peat smoke, seawater saltiness, a lemony sweetness. Taste: A rich sweetness as of dried fruit, with warming smoke and barley malt, a peppery explosion on the palate. Finish: Powerful, long, warming peppery.
