At Bimber, almost the entire production, from grain cultivation to bottling, takes place on the premises of the English distillery itself. Only the malting of the barley is outsourced to a malt house that has reserved an entire malting floor exclusively for Bimber. This small batch release was matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks made of American oak. The casks are among the oldest in the distillery's inventory.
