Aroma Fresh orchard fruits such as apples and pears, creamy vanilla, caramel and cream soda with a background note of blackcurrants and slight hints of smouldering wood.
Taste Wonderfully sweet and creamy caramel, vanilla, hazelnuts and a hint of smouldering wood notes on the palate.
Finish Persistent with medicinal accents, plus notes of iodine and pears.

Product description
The Annandale distillery in the Scottish Lowlands stood idle for 90 years. Production only resumed in 2014. This Man o' Sword bottling matured for just under 6 years in a former bourbon cask. The original bottling was bottled at 60.4% vol. at cask strength. The Man O'Sword bottlings are a tribute to the Scottish swordsman and former king Robert the Bruce.

Aroma: Frische Obstgartenfrüchte wie Äpfel und Birnen, cremige Vanille, Karamell und Sahnesoda mit einer Hintergrundnote aus schwarzen Johannisbeeren und leichten Anklängen von glimmendem Holz.

Geschmack: Herrlich süßes und cremiges Karamell, Vanille, Haselnüsse und ein Hauch glimmender Holznoten am Gaumen.

Abgang: Anhaltend mit medizinischen Akzenten, dazu Noten von Jod und Birnen.
