The Williamson blended whisky from the Scottish island of Islay spent 11 years in a single refill sherry butt. The 'Orcines' brand, under which this single malt whisky is bottled, was founded by Gabriel and Pierre Tissandier in France. They bottle Scottish single malts independently under this name. The delicately smoky single malt was bottled at 46% vol. and was not chill-filtered.
