The Pyrat XO Reserve is a dark ultra-premium rum-based spirit from the Caribbean. The Blend consists of molasses rums that are up to 15 years old and spices are added. The long maturation time in French Limousin and American imperial oak barrels give it an intense and fruity Taste with balanced vanilla sweetness. The rum is produced at one of the first distilleries on the Caribbean island and got its name because the distillery was popular as a port of call for sailors and especially for pirates.

Geschmack: Aromatisch, süß, die Orangen und das holz sind wieder da
Abgang: nur mäßig lang und wärmend
Kommentar: Die Orangennote ist für einen Rum eher untypisch, ich mag ihn trotzdem
