For Planteray Cut & Dry Rum, ripe coconuts are harvested, broken open and left to dry naturally in the open air. The dried coconuts are infused in a blend of Barbados rum produced on column stills and Barbados pot still rum.
This combination is then married with Barbados rum aged for up to 3 years. One whole coconut is required per litre of rum. Plantery was formerly known as Plantation and changed its name in early 2024. However, this did not change the high quality of the products.

Geschmack: Rund und weich mit Kokosnussaromen. Hinzu kommen Anklänge von Bananen, grüner Ingwer sowie sanfte Noten von Melasse und Kräutern.
