For the Milam & Greene Single Barrel, each barrel is individually assessed, bottled and hand-picked from Milam & Greene's growing collection. The team only bottles whiskeys that meet the distillery's criteria. The straight bourbon is then bottled from a single barrel, which holds 53 gallons (approximately 200 litres). Each barrel produces around 280 bottles and the barrel number, the alcohol content in per cent by volume and the alcohol content in American proof are handwritten on each label.
