Kilchoman, Islay's only farm distillery, is the only one to produce its whisky entirely on site - from barley growing to bottling. It is now presenting the limited autumn edition Kilchoman Port Cask Matured. The malt matured in Ruby Port casks, the latest bottling of which is six years old, is characterised by maritime peat smoke, citrus sweetness and intense notes of red berries, cinnamon and figs. With 50% alcohol by volume, it offers a long-lasting, smoky finish.

After more than 125 years, the Kilchoman farm distillery is the first new distillery to be built on the island of Islay. At the distillery, which was founded in 2005 and produces a 100 per cent Islay Single Malt, all production steps are carried out on site, from the cultivation of the barley to the filling of the bottles.
