The Bushmills New American Oak is the fourth edition of the Causeway Collection and was created by master blender Alex Thomas. The non-chill-filtered bottling is inspired by the natural wonder of the Giant's Causeway, which consists of around 40,000 basalt columns that form a causeway. The Irish Single Malt Whiskey matured for 11 years in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks before being finished in new, handmade American oak casks from the Kelvin cooperage in Kentucky, USA. The strictly limited 2023 edition was bottled exclusively for the German market.

Geschmack: Ausgewogene Anklänge von karamellisierten Äpfeln und Pfirsichen, dazu Facetten von Milchschokolade und Kokosnuss, abgerundet durch eine süße Zimtnote.
Abgang: Zart, trocken und langanhaltend mit fruchtigen Akzenten, mit reichhaltigen, nussigen Aromen von Praline und geröstetem Kakao.
