Bowmore Deep & Complex was created in collaboration with Aston Martin. Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks were chosen for the final maturation of the single malt. The bottling is dedicated to Aston Martin's DB 9 sports car, which is one of the most important for the company in terms of complexity and engineering skill. The bottling is a tribute to the engineers who precisely balanced the car from back to front with a 50/50 weighting, which is still an absolute rarity in the car industry today. The Bowmore single malt is just as balanced and complex at the same time.
