	Type	Single Malt Whisky
	Aroma	Warming notes of cinnamon, spicy oak and orange oil. This is followed by dried fruit, sweet lemon, banana and caramel.
	Taste	Gentle and warming with oak spice. Drier oak notes, candied sultanas and figs follow. Then sweet with fresh orange and lemon.
	Finish	Long after fresh lemon.

Part of the barley used in the production of Macallan Estate comes from the local Easter Elchies Estate on the banks of the River Spey. Macallan only distils this special Single Malt once a year for one week.
