	Taste	Renewed accents of heather honey meet fruit notes and accents of lemons, which are enveloped by facets of white chocolate. Ginger, toffee and butterscotch follow on towards the end.

Product description

This 8-year-old Glenallachie was created by Billy Walker, the Master Distiller of the Speyside distillery, and matured in ex-bourbon casks made of American oak. The whisky was then refined for about 18 months in fresh Scottish sessile oak casks. Without the addition of colour and without chill filtering, the Single Malt Whisky is then bottled at 48%.

Aroma: Würziger Honig, dunkles, frisches Holz

Geschmack: Prickelnd auf der Zunge, die frische Eiche gibt ihm einen kleinen Einschlag in Richtung Bourbon (z.B. die leichte "Rauchigkeit" von Jack D.), würzig, mundfüllend, kurze Entwicklung.

Abgang: leichte Bittere und Würze und das Prickeln bleiben.

Aroma: Gebackene Haferflocken, Butterscotch und Toffee gefolgt von Zimt-, Ingwer- und Heidehonignoten.

Geschmack: Erneute Akzente von Heidehonig treffen auf Obstnoten und Akzente von Zitronen, die von Facetten weißer Schokolade umhüllt sind. Ingwer, Toffee und Butterscotch folgen zum Ende hin nach.
