This tequila takes its name from the volcano "Tequila", at the foot of which the agaves grow on fertile soil before they are harvested and processed. The agaves for the Tequila Reposado grow exclusively in the highlands of Jalisco. This bottling is made up of two tequilas, one of which was matured in new American oak barrels and the other in European oak. The result is a very mild tequila with gentle sweetness of vanilla, honey and nut.
