Tullamore D.E.W. Caribbean Rum has a tropical-fruity aroma due to its finish in first fill rum casks. In the 17th century, Irish immigrants played an important role in the creation of Caribbean rums.

The Tullamore distillery was founded in the year 1829 in the eponymous city of the Offaly earldom in the ccenter of Ireland. The name of the Whiskey is a combination of the place and the initials of Daniel E. Williams, who was the distillery manager at the time. Over the years, the distillery was closed for 60 years. Until it was reopened in 2014, the Tullamore Whiskey was distilled in the Midleton distillery in the earldom of Cork.

Kommentar: Es ist eine gefärbte, goldene Flüssigkeit, die nicht nach Whiskey schmeckt. Am besten reift sie dort nach, wo andere gefärbte, goldene Flüssigkeiten gesammelt werden.
