The Bavarian Single Malt from Slyrs is the single malt whisky from the distillery on Lake Schliersee, which carries the character of the Bavarian Alps within it. The 18-year maturation in American white oak barrels and spring water from the mountains around Schliersee give this whisky a special depth and complexity. Carefully selected raw materials, craftsmanship and time have a special effect on this whisky.

De Distilleerderij: Slyrs
Located at the Schliersee lake, Slyrs Distillery ranks among the best-known whisky distilleries in Germany. Its name is derived from the old name of the region. The first Whisky was already distilled on the stills of the traditional Lantenhammer distillery in 1999, but in 2007 Slyrs Whisky found its home in the newly erected Slyrs Distillery in Neuhaus.

Geschmack: Weiches Bett aus kräftigem Karamell und Fudge, gebrannte Mandeln und dezente Honigsüße, ergänzt durch würzig intensive Vanille.
Abgang: Sehr langer, angenehm öliger und breiter Nachhall mit Nuancen von Trockenfrüchten und feiner Muskatnuss.
