This Hyde is a triple-distilled Irish single malt whiskey that has been finished in a single Cabernet Sauvignon cask. We have a German importer to thank for this creation, bottled exclusively for the German market, who has already been able to realise whisky from Bladnoch, Wolfburn, Kingbarns and Armorik as exclusive imports in Germany.

Founded as late as 1987, for many years Cooley was the only independent Irish distillery of its time. Since 2011 the well-known labels such as Kilbeggan, Tyrconnell, Locke's or Connemara have belonged to Beam (now Beam Suntory).
