F.E.W Rye comes from the city of Evanston, Illinois in the United States of America, which had to endure Prohibition a hundred years ago. This rye whiskey is made from a mash of 70% rye, 20% corn and 10% malt from 2-row barley and wine yeast from the French Loire Valley. The rye was matured in barrels made from air-dried oak staves.

Kommentar: Ergänzende Aromen zu meiner Bewertung (Vanille kommt zur Geltung, wenn das Glas mit mehr Abstand gehalten wird oder im fast leeren Glas). Tatsächlich 4,5 Sterne. Tolles Teil!
