The Chairman's Reserve Cuvée 1931 consists of rums distilled on Pot Still and Coffey Still. The Blend consists of 90% molasses rum and 10% fresh sugar cane juice. It was mostly aged in former Bourbon barrels made of American white oak and to a lesser extent in port wine barrels.
