Bivrost Arctic Gin is a premium gin and is only produced in small quantities using the small-batch process. The botanicals include juniper, cardamom, angelica root, orris root, rose root, lemon, lime, orange, blueberry, raspberry, cloudberry, lingonberry, crowberry, nutmeg, cinnamon, fennel, camomile and aniseed. All the ingredients come from the Norwegian climes and the bright blue colour of the bottle is reminiscent of the glaciers of the Lyngen Alps in Norway, where the gin is produced in the world's northernmost distillery. The glacier water is used to dilute the gin to drinking strength and gives the New Western Dry Gin a fresh flavour, while juniper notes dominate. Ideal for a fresh and tangy gin and tonic.
