	Lagavulin 16 years 43% Aroma Intense peat smoke with notes of iodine and seaweed and rich deep sweetness. Taste Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle and powerful sweetness, then gives way to notes of sea and salt with hints of wood. Finish Long, elegant finish filled with smokiness and plenty of salt and seaweed.
	Edradour Caledonia 12 years 46% Aroma Pleasant, fruity and slightly spicy with vanilla and sherry. Sweet and complex. Taste Sweet and strong with spices and a hint of oak. Finish More oak.
	Aberlour Double Cask 16 years 43% Aroma Soft and floral with notes of nuts and spices. Taste Intense sherry, fruit and spice with floral and slightly woody notes. Finish Long and warming with fruit and subtle spice.
	Bowmore 15 years 43% Aroma Dark chocolate, sun-dried fruits and a hint of Islay smoke. Taste Delightful cedar and strong caramel syrup. Finish Strong and complex with light sherry.
	Bushmills Madeira Finish 21 years 40% Aroma Sweet with spices and orange peel. Taste Full and elegant with sweet malt, sultanas, toffee, spices and vanilla. Finishes Pleasantly long lasting, fine oak and sultanas.
	Elijah Craig Barrel Proof 12 years 60.5% Aroma Caramel notes with toasted oak accents, fruit notes of apple and orange. Taste Rich hints of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch along with spice facets of black pepper and cinnamon. Finish Long lasting and warming.
