Timorous Beastie is a blended malt from Douglas Laing. It was named after the shy mouse immortalised by Scottish poet Robert Burns in his poem 'To a Mouse'. The special edition Meet the Beast is composed exclusively from bourbon casks from Scottish Highland distilleries and bottled at full cask strength. Included in this year's limited edition is a specially designed pair of glasses to look behind the illusion of the bottle label, in keeping with the motto 'Meet the Beast'.
