Behind the remarkable Ron Maja rum is Francisco Fernández Perez, affectionately known as Don Pancho. He is an expert in his field with half a century of experience. This Ron Maja molasses rum matures in bourbon barrels and has been given 12 years to develop its full flavour. It reveals flavours of oak, vanilla, caramel and nuts. As an all-rounder, it is wonderful enjoyed neat on ice or in a cocktail.
