Product description
This Blend is made from different rums of the distillery and matured for at least seven years in American white oak barrels. The Don Q brand - in homage to the well-known novel character Don Quixote - is produced at the Puerto Rican Distilleria Serrales. In order to maintain a very high quality standard, the molasses is pasteurised before distillation. This prevents the distillate from being contaminated by bacteria or wild yeasts. All Types of Don Q are distilled, matured and bottled on site.
