The molasses is fermented for three days and distilled on Twin Column and Pot Stills. Afterwards, the Plantation Grande Reserva from Barbados matures for 1-3 years in former bourbon barrels.

Geschmack: Die doppelte Reifung erzeugt eine erste Welle tropischer kandierter Früchte, die zu üppigen Bourbon-Vanille-Noten führt, deren Reichtum durch die frischen Früchte und zarten Tannine der zweiten Welle perfekt ausbalanciert wird.
