Papa Rouyo's Sanblaj Rhum, whose name means "blend" in Creole, is a Blend of several double-distilled, barrel-aged rums. The type and heating of the barrels varies to offer a rich palette of characteristics of the individual rums. At Papa Rouyo, great emphasis is placed on the traceability of the rums. The selection of the raw materials, the climate and the soils of Guadeloupe, as well as the different phases of production underline this effort for transparency.
