No. 3 London Dry Gin was developed by the independent bottlers of Berry Bros & Rudd in collaboration with Dr David Clutton, the only person with a PhD in 'Gin'. They took two years to create the desired balance between juniper, spices (coriander, cardamom) and citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange peel). No. 3 is distilled in a traditional family distillery in the Netherlands - the place where the Gin was created.
