Hayman's Gin Distillery in London was founded by Christopher Hayman, whose great-grandfather James Burrough is considered the inventor of London Dry Gin. Today, the family-run distillery is still owned by the Hayman clan. The three stills are named after important people in founder Christopher's life: Marjorie (his mother), Karin (his wife) and Miranda (his daughter). The handed-down family recipe for Hayman's Gin consists of the ten botanicals juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, cinnamon, cassia bark, liquorice, nutmeg and violet root.

Aroma: Wacholder hell und spritzig mit einer leicht alkoholischen Note

Kommentar: Als Whisky-Trinker ist für mich das Sterne-Vergeben etwas schwierig. Gin habe ich bisher auch nur zum Mischen verwendet. Wie ich jetzt gelernt habe ist dieser auch pur durchaus angenehm und erfrischend.
