This Bombay Sapphire Gin is called Vapour Infused, a term derived from a special distillation process. The citrus fruits are peeled by hand and dried under the Mediterranean sun before being further processed for the Gin. It also contains the classic gin botanicals juniper, coriander, cassia bark, angelica and orris root, as well as spicy grains of paradise, cubeb pepper and almonds - a tried and tested gin recipe that dates back to 1761. The Gin is one of the most popular in the world and can be found in clubs, bars, discos and restaurants in addition to well-stocked private home bars.

The Distillery: Bombay Sapphire
Bombay Spirits bought the Laverstoke Mill in in 2010. Before the renowned Bombay Sapphire Gin was produced on site, banknotes for the British Empire were manufactured from 1724 to 1963 in the former paper mill.
