Eamon Jones and Aidan Smith, also known as Fox Fitzgerald, present an authentic Scotch whisky with their own brand Mr Peat, whose name already reveals that this single malt is particularly appealing to lovers of smoky whiskies. The Scotch matured in bourbon casks and was bottled in its natural colour. The aromatic profile is natural due to the absence of chill filtering.

Aroma: Rauch, deutlich Zitrone, etwas Salz
Geschmack: was man riecht, schmeckt man auch; hinzu kommt ein Hauch Vanille
Abgang: nicht sehr lang, belegt etwas den Mund (ist sicher ein junger Whisky)
Kommentar: Zitrone, Rauch und malzige Süße verbinden sich zu einem leckeren, aber nicht sonderlich komplexen Islay-Whisky.
Ganz ordentlich gemachter "Weißwein".
Geschmack: was man riecht, schmeckt man auch; hinzu kommt ein Hauch Vanille
Abgang: nicht sehr lang, belegt etwas den Mund (ist sicher ein junger Whisky)
