Mac-Talla is Gaelic for echo. The Islay Single Malts under the brand are produced by the well-known Morrison whisky family. The Strata bottling (Gaelic for the igneous rocks on the coast of Islay) was matured for 15 long years in Bourbon and Sherry casks for a particularly complex character.
