The Glencadam distillery is located just half a mile from the centre of the Scottish town of Brechin. It opened its doors in 1825, shortly after distilling was legalised. Today, whisky is still produced there as it was in 1825. Master Distiller Robert Fleming chose sherry and bourbon casks from the distillery's traditional 'Dunnage' warehouse, which he then matured in the selected sherry butts from Andalusia.

Kommentar: Angenehm und leicht. Hatte den Glencadam 10 etwas besser in Erinnerung. Habe mir durch die Sherry-Reifung etwas mehr erhofft. Aber dennoch - leicht und süffig. Für den Preis ok.
