Premier Barrel is a selection of single cask bottlings of Single Malts from distilleries in the Scottish Highlands, Speyside and the Isle of Islay. They are matured between 7 and 14 years. Since 2008, selected single casks for the Premier Barrel series have been filled by hand into bottles designed like ceramic whisky decanters from the 18th century.
