The dark brown liqueur marries fruity ElsBurn Single Malt whisky from the sherry cask and aromatic raw whisky spirit from Hercynian Distilling Co. with plums, oranges, cinnamon and aniseed. In the Elsbach Valley, nestled in the mountainous landscape of the Southern Harz, lies the family business Hammerschmiede, where experimental brandies, liqueurs and spirits have been produced since 1985.

Kommentar: Ein etwas anderer Whisky Likör. Eher auf der würzigen und leicht herben Seite zu Hause, als die ganzen doch sehr (Honig)süßen Whisky Liköre. Meiner Verlobten allerdings etwas zu würzig/herb, so dass sie ihn am Ende als Longdrink mit Orangensaft getrunken hat. Die Kombination passt.

Ein guter Whiskylikör den man auch ggf. den Damen anbieten kann die mit Whisky nicht viel am Hut haben.
Für mich jedoch mehr als 2cl nicht möglich da zu Süss
