Eden Mill is the first combined brewery and distillery in Scotland to produce Gin, Whisky and Beer. The Eden Mill Bourbon Cask is part of the Lowlands distillery's new Core Range and is matured exclusively in medium-burnt, former American oak Bourbon casks.
