Product description
This Dailuaine is part of Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered range, in which the whiskies are not chill-filtered. To prevent clouding, they are bottled at 46% vol. This gives the single malts a particularly intense flavour. The Dailuaine was blended from two bourbon casks.

Kommentar: Dailuaine pur - Einmal Destilleriecharackter ohne Schnick-Schnack, ohne Finish. Das habe ich gesucht - Das habe ich bekommen - zu einem fairen Signatory-Preis. Und da Dailuaine eine super Destille ist, ist das auch ein toller Single Malt.

Geschmack: auch diese SV Abfüllung ist wie der Blair Athol die helle Variante der Sherry Abfüllung der Flora und Fauna Serie. Hier aber finde ich die dunklere Variante besser. Insgesamt aber süffig und zu empfehlen
