The 16-year-old Dailuaine was bottled by Diageo. Under the Flora & Fauna Series, the owner bottles selected casks from several distilleries, each individually as a Single Malt. The Flora & Fauna series is a true enrichment of the whisky scene and is considered by collectors as an original bottling, if there are no other original bottlings.

In der Flora & Fauna Serie der ausgeprägteste Sheryfass Whisky.
Viele dunkle (Trocken-) Fruchtaromen über einer schönen Eichenwürze und ein Hauch von dunkler Schokolade. Sehr reichhaltig, aber keine süße Sherrybombe, eher trocken und ein schöner langer Abgang. Kann mit dem alten Glendronach 15 yo Revival mithalten. Top PLV, ist ständig in meinem Regal vorhanden. Wenn man sich von Diageo noch was wünschen dürfte, dann auf Färbung zu verzichten und auf 46% zu erhöhen.
