Product description
The Cockspur XO Rum consists of fermented molasses and is distilled in the Caribbean on Barbados on column stills. Not only ex-bourbon barrels from the USA were used for the maturation, but also oloroso sherry barrels from Spain were chosen for the finish. The master blender selects the barrels according to strict and traditional criteria, so that in the end only 98 barrels remain per batch.
