The Caol Ila Whisky Small Batch No. 12 Single Malt was released by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage in the Small Batch series. The whisky from the popular Islay distillery matured for 10 years in Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled without colouring or chill-filtering in 2023.

In der Nase klassischer Caol Ila Rauch.
Dazu würzige medizinische Noten- der Alkohol dezent im Hintergrund.
Im Mund dann ein sehr angenehmer und süßlich-speckiger Rauch.
Im Hintergrund etwas Honigsüße.
Der Alkohol sehr gut eingebunden und ausgewogen.
Sehr gutes PLV- da gibts nichts zu meckern!

Gefälliger easy Kipper.
Typischer Caol Ila. Rauch, Erdnuss. Wer Caol Ina mag, bekommt hier recht günstig einen richtig leckeren Whisky.
Wer Caol Ina nicht mag, sollte ihn nicht kaufen. Ich mag Caol Ila. :)
