The Cambus First Fill Oloroso Sherry belongs to the Red Cask Company, the independent bottler Global Whisky from Glasgow, which was founded in 2017 by whisky enthusiasts David Gowans and Louis Stewart. In addition to the Red Cask Company, the Global Whisky brands also include Auld Goonsy and Concept 8, which also specialise in small-batch bottlings. The bottlings of the Red Cask Company brand are dedicated to sherry lovers and are bottled without chill filtration and the addition of colouring.
