Teeling Single Grain was given particularly sweet and fruity notes through post-maturation in former wine casks. In 1782, Walter Teeling opened his distillery in Dublin and became the driving force of the Irish whisky industry. Due to the distillery decline in Ireland, this distillery also had to close. Since 2015, the distillery in Dublin has been distilling again.

The Distillery: Teeling
The Teeling distillery has been in the Whiskey business since 1782. The founder of the first distillery was Walter Teeling and he set up his small distillery in the Marrowbone Lane in Dublin. The current distillery is just a few hundred meters away from this original location.

Von der Teeling Miniatur Tasting Set Reihe hat uns der am meisten zugesagt, obwohl dieser die niedrigsten bewertungen hat.
Einsteigerfreundlich. Nicht zu komplex, trotzdem mit Volumen.
Süß und floral in der Nase und im Mund, erinnert leicht an die Suntory Whiskys. Beim Abgang eine Rotweinsäure zur Süße hinzu.
Für den Preispunkt und für Einsteiger absolut kein Fehler.
