Bombay Citron Pressé Gin is a new creation from the well-known Bombay Sapphire Gin brand. Available since April 2022, a cocktail served as the inspiration for this gin. The main focus is of course on summery and Mediterranean notes of citrus fruits, which can be recognised not only by the colour of the liquid or the label but also by the taste. The essential oils of lemon peel have been incorporated into the production together with other classic gin ingredients such as juniper. According to the manufacturer, Citron Pressé also contains the concentrate of hand-picked limes from the Mediterranean region.

The Distillery: Bombay Sapphire
Bombay Spirits bought the Laverstoke Mill in in 2010. Before the renowned Bombay Sapphire Gin was produced on site, banknotes for the British Empire were manufactured from 1724 to 1963 in the former paper mill.
