Hendricks Gin has been produced in small batches since 1999. The main components of this Gin are cucumber and Bulgarian rose petals. Master distiller Lesley Gracie also adds classic fruits and spices such as juniper berries, iris and angelica root, coriander and caraway seeds, orange and lemon peel, yarrow, camomile and elderflower as well as cubeb pepper. Two different stills distil the raw spirit of the later gin: the botanicals are steeped in the Bennet Still, while in the Carter Head Still they release their flavour to the New Western Dry Gin via a flavour basket.
