The Blood Gooseberry Gin is a successful combination of gin and gooseberries. The idea is based more on a fond memory of Johnny Neill. After moving to Devon at a young age, Johnny would pick the gooseberries there and his mother would make a Gooseberry Fool for the whole family to enjoy. Juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel, orange peel, gooseberries, plums and pears combine to create a fruity, tart taste sensation.
