Arran Quarter Cask - The Both y
Aroma: Intense fruity with citrus, sweet spices and vanilla.
Taste: Sweet and warming with honey, pineapple, vanilla, apples and coconut.
Finish: Medium long.
Cask type: First fill ex-bourbon casks and post-maturation in quarter casks of American white oak.
Aberfeldy 12 years
Aroma: Pleasantly sweet with honey, a hint of pineapple, toasted aromas and grain.
Taste: Syrupy and sweet. Flattering mouthfeel.

Finish: Medium length, dry and spicy. Slightly bitter notes with oranges.
Glendronach 12 year
Aroma: Sweet with creamy vanilla, some ginger, spices and a hint of pears.
Taste: Rich and creamy with warming sherry and fruit.
Finish: Long, dry and full with traces of nuts.
Cask type: Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Talisker Skye
Aroma: Light pepper and earth aromas with sea salt and smoke. Fruitiness of orange and mango.
Taste: Initially soft, sweet and slightly smoky. Then spice of salted caramel with honey and barbecue flavours.
Finish: Long, warming and fresh with strong pepper and sweetish smoke.
Cask type: American oak casks.

Product description
Are you interested in whisky and don't yet know which one is best to start with? In our Beginner Live Tasting, we present four Single Malts that offer the right introduction. The fruity 'The Bothy' from Arran is matured in particularly small quarter casks, which increases the contact between whisky and oak and makes the malt particularly aromatic and full-bodied. The 12-year-old Aberfeldy, on the other hand, is a particularly sweet Highlands Single Malt. Matured 100% in sherry casks, Glendronach 12 year is particularly rich. Talisker Skye from the island of the same name is spicier and is partly matured in freshly burnt oak casks, giving it a particularly peppery and slightly smoky aroma.
