It was only in 2016 that the Tipperary Boutique Distillery was founded by Jennifer and Stuart Nickerson and farmer Liam Ahearn. Each batch for Watershed is bottled from six fresh bourbon casks. The Irish whiskey is then diluted to 47% vol.

Tipperary Boutique Distillers was previously only known as an independent bottler. Since 2020, their own distillery on Ballindoney Farm in County Tipperary is finally ready and they produce Irish Single Malt Whiskey and Irish Pot Still Whiskey as well as Gin.

Kommentar: Guter Stoff aus Irland, bitte mehr davon! Leicht zu trinken, im Tasting unter Freunden kam er sehr gut an, werde diese Distillery weiter im Auge behalten. Sehr zu empfehlen, einer meiner top five von der grünen Insel

Geschmack: Süße Vanille mit Pfeffer und leichten Anklängen von Rosinen.

Geschmack: Wie die Nase, doch recht intensiv, etwas Zitrus, Vanille, Malz, Honig und angenehm leicht pfeffrig
Abgang: malzig, fruchtig und angenehm trocken werdend
Kommentar: Hoffentlich gibts den noch eine Weile! Sehr angenehmer Tropfen, den ich gerne noch ein paar Mal nachordern können würde!
